The combustion heat efficiency of industrial boilers is still low due to the equipment structure and the backward form of relying on air combustion, and the low fuel burnout rate becomes the problem of energy saving and emission reduction in the industry. Only completely oxidized combustion of fuel can release all heat. Around this problem, we need to use technical measures to improve it, which is directly related to the amount of oxygen used for combustion. The oxygen-enriched technology is an effective new gas separation technology, which uses selective gas separation molecular sieve to separate the air to obtain the oxygen-enriched gas. It is of practical engineering significance to introduce oxygen-enriched combustion technology into industrial boiler combustion, to find an effective technical approach for saving energy and reducing consumption of industrial combustion thermal equipment, improving thermal efficiency and reducing pollution.
