Combustion of coal, fuel and gas produces harmful substances. To reduce fuel consumption and emissions, developing new energy and combustion technology is an effective technical means. At present, there are few innovative methods in the industrial boiler from fuel to combustion form. The demand of combustion support oxygen quantity and the nature and type of fuel have the problems of technical deficiency and low combustion efficiency. In order to solve this problem, steam hydrogen production technology is designed. The waste heat is used to produce hydrogen mixed by pyrolysis, and the compensation function of low calorific value of main fuel is compensated by high energy calorific value. In the system, the water mixed solution is heated to a certain temperature by the waste heat of the flue gas of the boiler to form a vapor of boiling, and the water is decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen under the action of the special catalyst. This is a conversion system with evaporators and reactors. By using a certain temperature (280 ℃ -320 ℃), the activity of the catalyst can be formed by a chemical cycle formed by a multi-step chemical reaction. The catalyst used in the cycle continues to circulate, so that the input water mixed solution output hydrogen and oxygen. In this system, the automatic production of hydrogen with the aid of waste heat condition is to achieve the heat transfer efficiency of combustion with high calorific value by mixing these clean fuels with methanol or biomass with the heat energy of hydrogen.
